We proudly introduce our brand-new class inspired by Zumba – ZUMBA + LIFT! This unique interval workout combines high-energy cardio dance with full-body strength training. Expect an exciting mix of dynamic dancing to motivating music and strength blocks using dumbbells. The cardio part features simple dance steps that anyone can follow – no dance experience needed. It’s all about energy, movement, and raising your heart rate. You’ll rotate through 3–4 easy steps to upbeat music, boosting fat burning and preparing your body for the strength section. During the strength intervals, you’ll work with dumbbells to tone and strengthen your entire body – legs, glutes, arms, back, and core. Everything is perfectly synchronized with music to keep you motivated until the very last rep. ZUMBA + LIFT will leave you sweaty, stronger, and smiling.
