Join our fun and energizing circuit training where kids are always welcome. You’ll strengthen your whole body, ease back pain, boost your energy, and build a strong core – all while your little ones are right there with you. Every exercise can be adapted to your own fitness level, so both beginners and experienced athletes will feel comfortable. Our classes are about more than just a workout – we’re creating a supportive community of parents who encourage each other, share the joy of movement, and make time for themselves in a meaningful way. Kids are free to stay with you throughout the class. While we don’t offer formal childcare, a basket of toys is available to help keep them happily entertained, and each parent remains responsible for their own child.
