Pilates

Pilates is a specially created workout system which goal is to restore the right postural habits, remove muscle disbalances, and to teach you how to work with your breathing effectivelly. The basic principles which go hand in hand with this workout are mind concentration, emphasis on the body core strengthening, continuity and accuracy of particular exercise and right breathing. 

PILATES LIGHT offers a calmer and more controlled approach to exercise, focusing on precise movement, proper breathing, and activation of the deep core muscles. The class helps improve posture, flexibility, and body awareness, making it ideal for beginners or anyone who prefers a slower-paced practice with an emphasis on technique and recovery.

PILATES POWER is a more dynamic and strength-focused class that engages the entire body intensely, developing not only stability but also endurance and strength.

What can I gain from Pilates?

Pilates can make your body strong and lean, increase your flexibility, straighten your muscle disbalances, improve joint mobility, remove backache and stress.

Is Pilates the right workout for me?

Pilates is not limited by age, sex or weight. This workout is also suitable for pregnant women and women after giving childbirth, pensioners, athletes with assymetric load-carrying or people who perform sedentary desk jobs. For safety reasons, children under 10 years of age (even if accompanied by an adult) are not allowed to attend group lesson. Children and adolescents aged 10-14 can attend this group lesson accompanied by an adult.
