In the Physio Fitness class you will learn about the principles of the body. The class is taught according to developmental kinesiology and other concepts of physiotherapy. The emphasis is on conscious natural movement. Each lesson focuses on a different part of the body, to which you will always learn interesting information and exercise with the aim of its full functionality. Although this is a group class, the emphasis is on the correct execution of the exercises, which the instructor checks and corrects if necessary. The class uses both equipment (fitball, tennis balls, etc.) and exercises with your own body weight.

What can I gain from Physio Fitness?

Physio fitness exercises serve as injury prevention and increase athletic fitness. It can help with longer term back, knee, shoulder and hip pain. By exercising regularly, you can achieve a strengthening of the middle of the body and also compensate for muscle imbalances.

Is Physio Fitness the right workout for me?

The class is for everyone, from beginners to professional athletes. It is also an ideal choice for individuals for whom traditional group fitness classes are not suitable (people with multiple back pains, herniated discs, diastasis, etc.). We also recommend this class to follow up on classical rehabilitation. For safety reasons, children under 10 years of age (even if accompanied by an adult) are not allowed to attend group lesson. Children and adolescents aged 10-14 can attend this group lesson accompanied by an adult.

What do I need for Physio Fitness?

All you need is comfortable sports clothes, a towel and water.
