Yoga is a term that denominates physical, mental, and spiritual discipline that has its roots all the way back in ancient India. Yoga has now become a huge trend. There are a lot of styles of yoga, but they all share the same goal. Yoga is not only a form of physical exercise, but also a way of thinking, experiencing, a lifelong journey. The main goal of yoga is to balance not only the physical body but also both mind and consciousness. This is done by using yoga techniques - physical exercises (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation. Yoga allows us to know ourselves profoundly and get hold of your inner self. Yoga is joy, yoga is passion. Various yoga techniques keep our muscles strong and flexible, our head worry- and stress-free. Each yogi-instructor teaches his/her class with his/her individual approach. You can find out more about their approach, specializations and styles in their profiles.

What can I gain from Yoga?

Yoga will help you reduce stress, find your inner balance, reinforce the feeling of happiness and at the same time will provide functional training which leads to fitness, flexibility and muscle strenght improvement.

Is Yoga the right workout for me?

Yoga is absolutely intended for everyone and provides unique space for individual exercise without accomplishing complicated positions (asanas) in one and only strict way.

What do I need for Yoga?

For Yoga class you need comfortable clothes, a towel and a bottle of water.The yoga mat is available in the exercise hall.
