Running is a special outdoor lesson that Euphoria has prepared for you. You can look forward to a light run combined with strengthening and stretching the whole body. During the lesson, we will work together with various preparatory exercises on your running technique, along the way you will overcome challenges in the form of stairs, natural obstacles and other fun tasks. In addition, you will get to know beautiful corners of Prague and parks. The hour takes place in any weather, so you can expect a sunbather, but also a pleasant summer shower.

What do I need for Running?
Above all, you need running shoes and sportswear with regard to the current weather (we recommend to prepare a waterproof jacket and a head covering on hot days). It is better to have a bottle of water with you.
