Fatburn is an intense workout in which you alternate endurance aerobic and strength exercises targeting all muscle groups in blocks. This combination successfully aids fat burning, increases strength and endurance. During a 55-minute class you will burn up to 420 kCal on average. Strength blocks consist of dynamic and static exercises and are constantly alternated with challenging endurance blocks. Both equipment and bodyweight exercises are used in the class.
