STRONG Nation is a fitness program combining high intensity training with synchronized motivational music created specifically for this program. Every squat, every lunge, every English lunge is driven by music to help you make it to the last rep (and add 5 more). The class combines self-weight training, plyometric and isometric exercises with elements of kickboxing. During the class you will exercise your whole body. Exercises can be modified to suit the fitness level and ability of the individual. STRONG Nation is a results-oriented workout, especially to increase fitness and strength, but also body mobility, balance and coordination. Overcome your limits!
What can I gain from Strong ?
STRONG has positive impact on your general health and fitness. Thanks to this workout you will have your body shaped, joint mobility improved, backache reduced and postural habits generally improved aswell. You will not register time during the class and will just follow the pleasant music instead. Enjoy the burst of positive energy!
Is Strong the right workout for me?
DeepWORK is suitable for men and women who look for both, fun and workout. For those who want to work on their fitness and health at the same time. It does not matter how old you are. It does not matter if you are beginner or intermediate. The only thing that matters is your determination.
What do I need for Strong?
For DeepWORK class you will need comfortable sports clothes (white and black are the colours of DeepWORK), a towel and a bottle of water. You do not need the shoes. You will work out barefoot in order to make the vault of the foot stronger.
