Postparturition workout is a special program for mothers after the sixth week after parturition. The main goal is to get the body back to physical condition after the changes brought by pregnancy and childbirth, strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and center of the body, and alleviate or completely eliminate common postpartum problems (diastasis, incontinence, back pain). Thanks to postpartum workout, a woman prepares her body for more intense types of exercise in her exercise program.
The lesson is led by an experienced instructor who respects the needs of women and adapts the intensity of the exercise to all participants thanks to various variants of exercises.

What can I gain from Postparturition workout?

Thanks to exercises under professional supervision, you will learn the correct movement habits after childbirth and you will non-violently get your body in physical condition, thus supporting your health. You will also find out why and how to work with muscles that were stressed during pregnancy and childbirth and are weakened after childbirth. And last but not least, you will improve your mood with exercise and you will also get to know other mothers.

Is Postparturition workout the right workout for me?

The exercise is suitable for mothers after the sixth week to about 6 months after birth. After delivery by caesarean section, or in case of other complications, the attending physician determines whether and from when exercise is suitable for a woman after childbirth (usually 8-12 weeks after childbirth). The suitability of the length of the period of attending this type of exercise is individual and depends on the condition of each individual woman, usually for about 6 months. It is possible to take babies to the lesson, which are still lying, so they are still not crawling and will not be toddle around the hall. :)
