A group class which combines strength and aerobic training with a barbell and attachable weights (up to 20 kg). The lesson is aimed at strengthening the main muscle groups and increasing your fitness. What load and resistance you choose is entirely up to you. The basic principle of this workout is a higher number of repetitions with lower load, which leads to the eventual shaping of the muscles. For example: Within the class you can expect to have a variety of squats, lunges, pressures and, of course, effective exercises to strengthen your abs and back. All this with a special barbell and a step. Do not expect any difficult choreography, only effective exercises and motivating energetic music.
What can I gain from Bombs?
