Is Acroyoga the right workout for me?
Acroyoga is not limited by age. This workout is also suitable for pregnant women (after previous consultation). Even though we mostly work out in couples, you can come on your own as well.
What do I need for Acroyoga?
Be sure to bring comfortable clothes, which will not limit you when doing the asanas, a towel and a bottle of water. You will not need the shoes - the class is barefoot.
