Reservation information

1. Bookings of new clients are accepted via phone or in person in the studio (e-mail: praha(at)euforie.cz has only informational function).
2. The first reservation can be made by calling the reception desk at: 608 061 09.
   
3. For further reservations it is necessary to arrange for an electronic members card Euforie (refundable deposit of 100 CZK is required). It is necessary to top up the electronic card with enough credit to pay for your next lesson.
   
4. The card can be toped up according to your needs - for individual lessons or with concessionary bonus - more information about bonuses and advantageous tariffs can be found under "Pricelist" on our website.
   
5. Payments can be made by cash, credit card (via CRS), Sodexo passports, by the benefit plus program, multi-benefit card, gift vouchers euphoria or invoice (please note that we reserve 14 days to issue and send the invoice to the employer).
   
6. When logging to www.euforie.cz websites for the first time type in the user ID (= the number of your card ) and password. We recommend changing your password after first login (- without the use of diacritics). Changing the password is suggested to protect your privacy and data.
   
7. When making reservation by phone, internet or in the studio it is necessary to have enough credit on your Euforia account! Without the necessary amount of credit the reservation cannot be completed
   
8. With each top up to please check your account balance directly at the reception. Subsequent claims will not be accepted. Thank you.
   
9. The validity of your credit is 180 days since your last top up.
   
10. Free cancellation can be made one day in advance or before 9AM on the day of your lesson. Lessons held after 11AM can be cancelled by phone, in the studio or on the Internet. Booked classes held until 11AM (including weekends) should always be cancelled before 8PM the day before your lesson. Your credit will be automatically refunded to your account when cacellation is made on time.
11. In case of cancellation after the deadline referring to the paragraph 10, the credit is not refunded to your account.
    
12. The card is not transferable. Only one booking per class can be made.
    
13. The credit is not refundable and can only be used for services provided by Euforia.    Refundable deposit of CZK 100 only applies to the electronic card.
    
14. In case of card loss you will be automatically charged a fee of CZK 100 for issuing new cards.
    
15. For trial VacuShape lesson (FREE) please report to the reception either personally or at: 608 061 091. Any subsequent claims for debiting your credit will not be accepted.
    
16. Euphoria reserves the right to change the schedule and prices at any time and without previous notice
17. Customers participate in classes on their own responsibility.
18. With purchasing members card I agree with sending information by e-mail - list of events, changes and updates in the schedule (any cancellation of classes, change of the instructors, etc.).
    
19. Euphoria is committed not to provide your personal data to any third party.
    
20. Trampies ® and Euphoria ® are registered trademarks of the Pro-Motion Ltd. Their use without the consent of the Pro-Motion Ltd. is not allowed
