Not only men and women with sedentary job will appreciate this group class which is primarily focused on the elimination of muscle imbalances that leads to chronic back pain.  You can expect a class loaded with a variety of the deep stabilization system strengthening drill moves,  a stretching routine, and breathing exercises complemented by numerous workout tools such as overballs, gymballs, massage balls, and expanders. There is no back area that will not be left out in this session! So, if you have problems with either your cervical, thoraric or lumbar spine, or just wish to keep your spine happy, try out the HEALTHY BACK class.

The class with help you strengthen your whole body, increase your flexibility, fix muscle imbalances, improve joit mobility, eliminate back pain, and relieve stress. 

Is Healthy Back the right workout for me?

HEALTHY BACK is not limited by age, sex or weight. This workout is also suitable for women after giving childbirth, pensioners, athletes with assymetric load-carrying or people who perform sedentary desk jobs.

What do I need for Healthy Back?

Comfortable gym clothes, a towel, and a bottle of watter.
