Group pulsating workout which combines fast and slow jumps done on a special individual trampoline which is equiped with handle. The range of jumps and exercise done on trampoline is unbelievably wide. The intensity and strenght of jumps is set by instructor. Jumping will provoke euphoria inside you and kick-start the boost of neverending energy.

Is Trampolines class the right workout for me?
Trampolines are intended for men and women who like action workout. Effective springing saves your joints and everyone will master the choreography. For safety reasons, children under 10 years of age (even if accompanied by an adult) are not allowed to attend group lesson. We do not recommend that children and teenagers aged 10-14 attend this group lesson.
What do I need for Trampolines class?
For Trampolines class you will need sturdy indoor sports shoes and airy clothes as well as a towel and a bottle of water.
