Problem Parts aka Pépéčka (Czech abbreviation P.P.) is a workout class which consists of dynamic warm up followed by funtional strenght workout focused on forming and strengthening of womens problem parts. Do not expect any hard choreography but aerobic warm up to motivating music instead which kick-starts the burning of redundant fat. Afterwards you will sweat while completing strenght exercise especially composed together which will shape your belly and butt.
