The exercise is practiced in specially developed equipment that combines the effects of vacuum with natural walking on the treadmill.

• VACUSHAPE Training in the VacuShape is based on a treadmill walking for a period of 30 minutes when problem areas are located in the vacuum enclosure.
• Vacuum controlled program absorbs the blood into capillaries where it acts as a transport medium and transfers fat from fat cells to the muscles, because this is the only proven way  to burn fat.
• During the application your heart rate is constantly monitored to make sure that the workout remains within aerobic workout limits where energy consumption is covered from 80% by fat and only 20% are carbohydrates.

In vacuum  not only the lipid metabolism activated but also the lymphatic system which ensures better removal of metabolic waste. Thick skin blood circulation and better supply of oxygen, vitamins, minerals and enzymes act positively against orange peel skin.

With regular application the skin appears smoother and softer.

If you are satisfied with the lesson you attended and would like to continue using our services then you are required to request the electronic member’s card which can be ordered online or at the reception desk. Note that this card is necessary for future class reservations and services in our center.
   
   
4. To issue the electronic card the deposit of 100CZK is required and is it necessary to top up your electronic card with enough credit to pay for your next lesson.
